BloomEPU - 2 days ago I like how metro and fallout are essentially answering the question of "how will the nuclear apocalypse cause survivors to separate into weird factions as they attempt to rebuild society" but from opposite sides of the cold war, it's fascinating. I have metro exodus somewhere, I need to play it someday. Reply Share 1.7k

picnic-boy- 2 days ago The combat music is probably the best I've heard in any game, matches the grimy atmosphere so well. Reply Share 382 Molybdenum Blu - 2 days ago The finale of Exodus with the soundtrack "Race Against Fate" is some of the best music in gaming and no one can convince me otherwise. 124 Reply Share

Ventrian - 2 days ago Ranger mode hardcore on metro 2033. All peacefully no unnecessary di ths to get the secret ending. It was Fu NG hard. Loved the reward. 581 Reply Share Simba7 2 days ago Yeah so there's not really a 'secret' ending. There are two endings based on your conduct, and you can still get the 'good' ending even if you k I just about everyone.

The game has a point system hidden in the background and you can gain (or lose? that might be Last Light only) them at certain points. Generally those are things like exploring, listening to NPC conversations, giving beggars 'money' and refusing rewards, listening to dark ones, etc. In fact you can k `I every single human enemy on sight (without ever triggering any of the moral points you get from listening to their conversations) and still get the good ending. Aquagrunt 2 days ago The ending of Exodus is probably my favorite part of the series. While the music is great throughout, the climax is exceptionally phenomenal! 173 Reply Share The HazmatUnit · 2 days ago PC That last mission is just pure OG metro scripted bliss. The ambience, the atmosphere, the sounds, the setpieces, the stakes.

. NYMoneyz - 2 days ago People apparently hate on Exodus, I fu ng LOVED IT. Sure the Taiga forest was a little "rushed" but still...that game taught me to enjoy fps' more. Turning off the center dot and the blooming tick marks made it so much more immersive. Ranger hardcore was so fu ng enjoyable. the PS5 triggers as well. The AK had an actual trigger wall you could rest it on and then pull for an easier shot. Having to navigate with the map and compass and landmarks. Consider each approach meti

. the_boring_witcher 2 days ago Metro Exodus, the Volga location as the first huge open world location. I had an amazing feeling when I was discovering the map, its secrets and dc dly traps, hiding from mutants and sweating while running to the closest safe location. 474 Reply Share

alcatraz_1992 - 2 days ago I grew up playing Metro games. By far best games for me. Story, music, everything is great. When Artyom was slowly a 'ng and was in tunnel with Muller, when Muller told him : " I have a daughter, but I also wanted a son...A really stubborn one, just like me....Like you..." .

Wont lie, cried little. Wish I had father like Muller. Great character. 463 6 Reply Share Fogdood 2 days ago Exodus PC enhanced edition is also a great game for people with budget tier raytracing capable cards. The RT implementation really adds to the atmosphere. 46 Reply Share

Wazzzup3232 2 days ago · edited 2 days ago I'm replaying exodus and MAN ranger hardcore is just something else. It is one of the best executed "ultra hard" modes in any game I've played. Enemies are 100% Ithal if using claws, knives, or bullets at close range. Melee attacks with fists do less. Your bullets and attacks are 100% lethal as well 1-2 well placed shots I Ils almost every monster and human enemy. Resources are scarce and stealth is paramount to not running dry in a bad situation

Also the immersion factor is off the charts Reply Share 5 Blunt Commando - 2 days ago Absolutely, Exodus on ranger hardcore was one of my favorite gaming experiences I've ever had. It feels really visceral and real, and having no UI somehow makes the already great immersion even better. I haven't replayed on ranger hardcore in a minute, I should do that. 45+ Reply Share

ensiferum888 · 2 days ago I bought the latest one can't even remember the name, and I couldn't finish the first area after the introduction where the train stops near a church. The world is so beautiful but so terrifying I'm literally paralyzed I'm afraid to go anywhere, I have 6 bullets and it takes 25 to k I one dog. Great atmosphere but I can't stop s' ng my pants playing this game, I had no issues with Stalker. 46 Reply Share

sgt_scarab1 2 days ago . I remember in metro exodus on ranger hardcore difficulty you could only save at safe houses. So I had realized I was about 2 hrs of play time without a save and the only safe house was in an abandoned air traffic control tower full of the zombie things. Man every fkin corner of that building was pure stress and anxiety. I took it slow and eventually made it but that was probably the most intense thing in any video game I can remember. Knowing that a single misstep or unc

jbdelcanto 2 days ago Honestly I just love the campaign design of Exodus so much. Having sections of the game be "open world" and others more linear is such a great feature. It "modernized" the series while also allowing it to keep its essence and all the things that made it so good.

I wish the Halo series would've gone this way with Infinite instead of just having an open world that feels empty most of the time. Reply Share 4 Scorpion1945_1 - 2 days ago Is it really that good? I've never played or looked into it to be honest... but do love a good story. Reply Share 6
